I was texted by someone working for the company, pretending to be an automated system with the "Reply 'YES' to schedule your interview" messages. I agreed to an immediate Zoom interview, which turned out to be only over text. The job responsibilities did not match up with the pay or the fact that the job was remote. I was also told I'd be sent a check for nearly $10,000 to purchase a new MacBook, phone, iPad, and eWhiteboard. After the interview, I was immediately told I had gotten the position. When I told the interviewer I was not interested, he just disconnected on Zoom.

They contacted me through imessage, got me to download telegram and they told me to deposit a check for the job. I got scammed i am so scared and disappointed.
