I signed up for their "Free Trial", but when I clicked the button to cancel the subscription, there was a glitch and nothing happened. I wasn't able to cancel my subscription and was charged for the service. I then tried to find a way to contact them with my complaint, but there is no contact information anywhere on the website, so I had no recourse. I believe this is by design, and therefore their "Free Trial" is a fraudulent claim.

In their FAQ, under "what if I have a different question", it reads: "We've tried to answer 99% of questions in this FAQ. We do not have the resources to personally offer support at this time. Please cancel your membership if you're not happy with our service."

Obviously this is not helpful if it is impossible to cancel the service. I was forced to take this up with my credit card company and they even contested my dispute. Totally unacceptable behavior for any business.
