I did an online purchase of a pet stroller and I used PayPal for transaction thank goodness because this company never shipped the product to me but when I filed a case for item not received and this company gave PayPal a tracking number for fedex that showed it being delivered to another address in Rockford Illinois and when I contacted fed ex they confirmed that it was shipped to a different address I. Rockford which caused PayPal to close the dispute in this company’s favor but since I never got it I called paypal to have the case reopened and closed in my favor in order to get my money back. They are shipping orders to alternate addresses to get the item back and charge customers who don’t get their items.and had it not been for PayPal I would have still been trying to get refund. I’m glad I use paypal because they after looking into it deeper they found I was telling the truth and because of that I got my money back from this scammer.
