I was fraudulently sold a vehicle by someone I was introduced to by a Mutual friend.

Never met her in person just was relying on the Mutual friends trust. The scammer shipped a 2016 Mercedes Benz G550 to me in state of Nevada from Louisiana. I never received a vehicle title so I had to take legal actions. After legal actions was taken, it was discovered that the scammer fraudulent sold the vehicle. The vehicle still has a Lien on it with Mercedes Benz with an outstanding balance owed. Also the scammers also been scamming the IRS and so now they put a Lien on all of her assets. So therefore I'm being stuck with a Vehicle loan debt with no vehicle or ownership and or the vehicle. The scammer was declared responsible for the debt by the courts, but the bank is still holding me accountable for fraudulent activity. I have been scammed out of nearly $90,000. Due to me not being able to include names I will not be able to upload any documentations for proof of this scam. I will be glad to share any and all documents it I could include names. The scammer needs to be recognized as a scammer and fraud as II need to be released from any debts that's concerning this fraudulent activity. The bank needs to be held accountable for their negligence as well.
