Unsolicited letter received via USPS with no company name, no website, and no return address. The only contact information is an 800 number (1-800-301-5412). The letter says FINAL RENEWAL NOTICE in bold across the top and includes my mortgage lender (likely accessible via public records). There is also a cheap-looking Renewal Fee Voucher for $199.00 with my full name and address, with fine print explaining the obvious scam that "Your voucher of $199 may be redeemed by activating new coverage."

These scammers need to be taken down.
