I paid $18.94 at the pump and noticed they instead billed my card $40. When I explained they over charged me the cashier said I did pay for $40 worth of gas. When I demanded my receipt she first said she couldn't print it. Then I told her I would call law enforcement. Well what do you know. My receipt was already printed and sitting on the side of the register with other receipts. I believe ti be from other customers who paid at the pump, selected the option for a printed receipt, and then decided against it after realizing they would have to go inside. Well when she looked at the receipt and seen $18.94 she then changed her story stating that this happens sometimes and I would be refunded. Now I'm wondering just how many people they've done this too and how many people that didn't catch the fact they're being over charged. I worked as a cashier at a gas station. She would have had to manually enter $40 as my charge for gas. This was no mistake and really needs to be investigated. When I check Google reviews this happened to another customer on the exact same pump #8. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my bank. I should have taken a screen shot before the dispute.
