Like many others, Noble Planet knowingly sold me a defective, non working device; when I complained, they 'claimed' they would refund my money, and failed to keep their word. They claimed they did not receive my return, when the US Postal Service tracking number confirmed that they did, and are obviously lying!!It seems by their reviews, they have done this to many other individuals as well! These are unscrupulous people, with a fraudulent business practices, that deceive and swindle consumers.
