We hired this guy thru the app thumbtack to fix our 3 decks and charge us $1600 for the job. We try paying him thru the zelle, but he said he was having some problems with it. So we paid him in cash. When he said he had finished the job, we noticed that he made some damage to some of our property and he didn't finished the job. We tried going through thumbtack to get our money back, but they don't cover us since we don't have a contract.
