I ordered apparel online from "No Shave Life". I never received the products so I contacted the company. The company (Representative Sophia) wrote USPS delivered it but I never received the products. I asked for a replacement or refund and they denied it. Several weeks later I was contacted by company which they stated the products were returned to them by USPS. I asked for a refund which they only reply, upper management must approve it. After several weeks I still have not received my refund. I filed a fraud complaint to Visa, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Protection Agency and the Ohio State Attorney Office.
