I saw an ad from facebook to register for a car seat but a different ad popped up after filling in payment information and it refused to close. I did not get to a final confirmation page but I was charged 2 times for a total or approximately $150.00. I called to dispute the claim with the merchant and the merchant canceled the account but refused to issue me a full refund.
