As an ethical breeder, we are always looking for trustworthy flight nannies to take our pups to their new homes and thought we had found one with this company, we signed their contract, which claimed for an extra $75 - should we need to cancel, we could and get a refund minus the $75 - the client paid for the contracted amount of deposit with the extra $75 and when we decided to cancel their services, we were told that we could get a credit with them no refunds(as they couldn't get a refund from the airline for the ticket purchased, we responded with use the credit for another client you aren't really out anything) . . pointing out that wasn't what the contract said . . we have tried to be reasonable about trying to settle this issue by not making it a big public thing, but our client has not received their full refund, not even half of it - per our attorney, this shows liability . . we wound up flying the puppy to the client at our own expense with me being in a wheelchair due to surgery. We are out the flight costs plus attorney fees. We are filing this with ScamPulse.com so that others, hopefully, won't fall for the scam like we did (we had so hoped it wouldn't come to this).

We have attached a copy of their contract without our info on it. They also have a facebook page with lots of pictures of oversized pups flying via Southwest Airlines in carriers they probably shouldn't be in.
