This person texted me to send personal information to validate my identity, which I didn't send, in order to receive a$50,000 gift that he called winnings from a 2 year old lottery winner in Wisconsin. Said that texting the attorney was safer than talking on phone. The attorney, I checked, which was in Kansas city area had no knowledge about it. His number came up as an Alabama number and he was not fluent in the English language. He told me that someone had just won and had sent their $200 fee to claim their winnings, which initially was called a free gift, and that I needed to do the same. I did not disclose any personal information only lead him along to get as much information possible before he became frustrated with me and actually called me. Insisting that I hurry and pay the fee to get funds transferred via wire transfer, which earlier he told me would be delivered by FedEx. The numbers he used were

256-277-7868 and 708-879-7450. He asked me to login to a banking website using account username of - Derrick and password -grayson. This is supposed to be a Bank of America account to pay my fee.

Don't fall for anything like this.
