It was a postcard with large print on the top of the postcard saying, "Notification of Reward". Under that it had a claim number "038833130". The card said "Our records indicate an unclaimed reward of $100.00 at Wal-Mart, Target and more on your account. your reply is required by Monday May 1, 2017 to be eligible to receive your unclaimed reward. Then they give you a phone number to call, "1-866-200-0306", and when you call them they ask for $2.95 to pay for the postage to mail you the reward money.

[Note from me] They give no website, email, address or country, but they do have a USP pre-paid permit number, "492 04101". Why can't these people be found by this information and then be arrested and thrown into prison. That is mail fraud. Even members of the mafia have been thrown into prison for mail fraud. Also could you include "promise of a reward" in your "Type of Scam" categories.
