I gave the claim# and the guy verified my address.
I asked what company were they with. He said Consumer (I didn't get the rest - he was hard to understand).
He said they would get the 100.00 out to me but I needed to pay $2.95 for shipping and handling and I have to put it on a credit card. It had to be Visa or Master Card. I gave card number then wanted the exp. date and code on back of card I gave it to him. Then asked for my birth date. I hung up. Then notified my cred card company.
