Asks you to pay to a person but not a business. After receiving full amount, they try to ship you the puppy but is unable to do so due to a few factors. They start asking you to ZellePay various amounts from a couple hundred to a couple thousand dollars for crate fees, airfare fees and transporter fees. All while asking you to pay to a person but not a company or the Airline shipping the puppy. Seller refuses to send live pictures or FaceTime to see the puppies. The seller keeps urging the buyer to move quickly and to just zelle the amount.
