Placed an order online 2 weeks later never received email stating it shipped called in they said they were shipping it that day and it would be here 2 days later. Gave it a week and still nothing. Called them again and they said it didn't ship because they were out of stock and they just got them in and would ship that day. Labe was created but 2 days later it still hadn't left the company. Called a requested a refund and the man on the phone called me * ***** and started refusing my refund. After a yelling match for 20 minutes they processed the refund finally.
