They were hired to power wash my house, they did a "soft wash". Well, their "soft wash" faded my siding and shutters. My home is 16 years old, I custom built it and I upgraded both my siding and shutters. The only area they did not clean was my porch, so that siding and shutters look perfect. I have tried multiple times to get the $149 refunded to me, but they claim they don't have the money. They stated they were licensed and insured, but I would find that to be not true. I have since spent $430 to have a real company power wash my home - getting the film off that they had left and the dirt they had missed, of course siding and shutters still are faded - and my shutters are so badly faded I need to replace them.
