I provided my credit card information by phone to NJ AirLink to pay for airport transport service. On three separate occasions someone charged fraudulent activity to my credit account. The first account had three charges for an approximate total of $32 dollars. I had to cancel my account and wait for reissuance of new cards. I created a virtual credit card number in order to receive the requested airport transport service. At the time I was unsure where the breach originated. NJ AirLink was the only vendor I gave the newly created virtual number to. While I was on an international flight, the virtual credit card number was used to purchase a $30 meal at a restaurant in NY. No one else had access to that number. The virtual card was deactivated the next day. A second virtual card number was created with a daily spend limit for the exact amount of the cost for our return airport transport service. Once again, NJ AirLink was the only vendor provided with the second virtual card number. The second virtual card number was deactivated immediately after the expected amount was charged and processed. The next day a fraudulent cash advance charge withdrawal of $50 was attempted and declined on the deactivated second virtual card number. The approximate total of $112 was reported as fraud to the appropriate financial institutions and is being disputed through standard processes. Potential future customers should be warned to guard their credit information if they choose to use this business.
