He sent a package through a courier service named nixon courier express ltd and sent me receivers invoice.I got email from them stating that package was ceased by turkish customs due to a large amount of money in luggage.In order to get luggage released i need tonpay a release fee of $1,390 by the first on it will be kept.He never told courier about money in suitcase.I said i cant pay ut so now they agreed thst i xan pay hslf which is $695 and when shippment is delivered i can pay rest with money in suitcase.
