I found the Niucoe.com website through Google search. They offered a bicycle for a very low price. I bought it and paid using Amex card. The package delivered to my house was not a bicycle but a pack of face masks, totally worthless. I asked for a refund, they claim a confusion in shipping and offered to resend my bicycle. I agreed. They sent me a tracking chart from a fake site which showed the package moving along until it got lost. They offered again to resend the bicycle, I declined and requested a refund. For the past week they have been negotiating to refund 60%, 75%, 85% of my money. Now they have stopped answering emails, they also disconnected their phone.

The money is collected through a collection site, Memael Club. They also do not respond to emails or phone calls. I asked my credit card company to cancel the transaction and refund my money since this is a scam.
