I found an Air conditioner via google. The website was niskgers.com. i paid $52.39 for the A/C on July 25th and was emailed tracking information on July 28th LY3766*******. USPS status said delivered on Aug 11th but i never received my A/C. I just discovered today from the post office that the actual package was a tiny package which i did receive around that period. The tiny package contained 6 white face masks, even though i remembered looking at masks online i did not remember ordering any and i could not trace where they came from so i kept them with the original package. i just confirmed that the tracking number on the masks package match that which i received for the A/C. Also when i failed to receive any promised call back from the post office after visiting on August 13th and 18th, i contacted the company at https://www.niskger.com/index.php?route=information/contact and made them aware that i never received the A/C, they promised to resend. First they sent me a tracking # PT46574****** and a website https://www.emstrack.site/ which wouldn't open. When i complained about the website, the sent me another website https://www.emssupport.top/ which worked but only for tracking. The tracking updates appeared funny and when i tried other links on the website, nothing else worked

I also bought an air conditioner from www.niskger.com in June, they sent me 40 face masks. I asked them why, they told me that they sent the wrong item. so they resend me again. but after more than a month, I did not receive my air conditioner. even though they gave me the tracking number and website. but the tracking information shows that the item lost due to the transportation. I asked Nisker refund me. but until now , they do not response to me , and I do not receive refund

On 07/27/20, I bought an air conditioner on www.niskger.com.and I paid 71.94 dollars and 2.88 international transaction fee. after I ordered the item, I wanted to cancel the order because I had a little bit doubt on the website. but I cannot cancel the order because there is no cancel function on the website. I had to wait the item, until now I did not get the item. they gave me the tracking number to let me track the item.but until now I did not receive the item. I looked into the webstie , I found many buyers also did not receive their items. and the Niskger was regarded as scammer. I want to get the refund. but I did not get any response from Niskger website.
