I ordered an Avatar sweatshirt for my daughter and my money was immediately debited from my account. I never received the item. Initially when I contacted the email on the website, the person who responded said he was the only person working and my order was next. The next email I sent was again, inquiring where my item was. The same person said he would check when he got home from school??? Months and several emails later, I still do not have the sweatshirt. He will not respond to my emails. I inquired about a refund and again, no response.
