This is a scam. You order products that are never recieved, but you are charged. This is also postal fraud. Below is all the information I have. There is no address or phone number listed on website. You are led to believe this is the Ninja website. But is is not. They are using the Ninja logo (also fraud). My purchase details: Transaction ID: ***************** Merchant Transaction ID: *****************, Purchase Date: August 2, 2021, Payment to: zhiluay ouyang [email protected]

I may or may not have to pay, but I have contacted by credit card to stop payment and get a new card and have disputed with paypal.

I was shopping for a Ninja Foodi on amazon prime day. It was on sale. Then I found it even more discounted on the website www.ninja-overstock.com. The website looked like it was a part of the Ninja website, and because it was Amazon Prime day, it made sense that the appliance was on sale. When I went to purchase it, there was an error on the webpage and the item remained in my cart. I could not tell if the purchase went through. The website used paypal for the purchase. According to my paypal account, I had been charged, but it was difficult to tell if the sale went through on the actual website. I wanted to make sure that it did (and that the website was legit - because at this point it was feeling less legit). I reached out to the seller to make sure that he had my address and that the item would be shipped to me, and that the sale did go through. He never responded to my message. I submitted a dispute with paypal because of this. After a few days, the seller submitted a tracking number to paypal as proof that I had received the item I ordered (which I had not). At that point, paypal sided with the seller and closed the dispute. I saw this late at night so could not do anything about it on that day. I looked up the tracking number, which did show that something had been delivered to a front porch in the city and zip code where I reside, but that was all the info that it gave (aside from a time and date stamp). I have a Ring camera on my front porch. There was no delivery at that time or any time around it. The next morning I went to my local post office with the tracking number. The postmaster looked up and saw that the package linked to that tracking number was an 8 ounce package delivered to an address across town - not my address. The appliance I ordered, by the way, is 26.04 pounds (that isn't including shipping weight). Armed with this information, I was able to call paypal and have them reopen the claim. I did get my money back, so in the end I am not out money. I still want the scammer looked into, because I feel that not everyone would go to my lengths to prove they had been scammed. I hope they would! But I fear they wouldn't, and I do not want these people getting away with this. I am angry that they did this. If they did this to me, I know they are doing this to many others. Also, using USPS tracking numbers in that way I believe would be a different federal crime. I just want them to get shut down, and I want to help in any way. I have the tracking information if needed. Thank you for your time.
