Saw an add on social media for soap/bath products, went to website, was very professional looking so I placed an order for $66.40. It gave me an order number, est shipping date, and a customer service email to contact if needed. Their site states 10-17 days for shipping. I placed the order on 4/22/22 and emailed customer service on 5/28/22. I have since tried to contact the vendor’s selling platform, and a second contact email provided on the seller’s website multiple times (6 emails) with not one reply from seller. The selling platform (Shopify) advised me to dispute this charge with my bank since one of the contact emails provided by Ninety7co was not even deliverable. All the emails were coming back to me as unsent, and the first customer service email I contacted on 5/28 has still not replied. I still have not gotten a reply from the seller to even advise me shipping is delayed or received my order or a tracking number. Disputed with my bank today 6/14/22. I believe this person/seller is a fake page or ran out of products and is not able to keep up with the business and customer service. If it is real, the delay is beyond too long with no communication available. Wrong information on the seller’s site since the 2nd email is fake. As well as false estimated shipping timeframes.
