This product was advertised to me on Facebook. I observed in for a few months before I bought the product. When the earphones didn’t arrive in a timely way, I emailed the company. They gave me a tracking number to a company called Global and most of the dates and locations were written in Chinese. Then they emailed me advertising and I replied again that I had not received my order. They said it had been delivered the previous day. I told them I was reporting them and they told me to check with my post office about the tracking number. I told them I want a refund.
