I purchased 2 luggage sets from this company on November 8, 2022 which were going to be Christmas gifts for my family and on December 8, 2022, I sent an email to their customer service inquiring about the ETA of my two orders. I provided a copy of the orders and explained that these orders were placed back on November 8 and the status on their site still showed the orders were waiting to be shipped. They responded stating my order is in stock and that they will arrange shipment within three days and would provide me with a tracking number after shipment and it would arrive in about 15-20 working days. On December 17, 2022 I still had not received any tracking info and sent another email asking about this order/tracking information and they responded with tracking info and stated the order would take 15-20 working days (now my Christmas gifts would arrive AFTER the holidays). On January 5, 2023 I tracked the packages and noticed they were delivered to NORTH POLE, AK and BROOKLYN, IA. When I emailed them yet again asking why these orders were delivered to those locations they replied on January 17, 2023 stating the following:

Dear customer,

According to the email address and name you provided, we found that your package has been delivered.

LR014157105CN China United States 2022-12-30 09:42 NORTH POLE, AK 99705, Delivered, In/At Mailbox -> Your item was delivered in or at the mailbox at 9:42 am on December 30, 2022 in NORTH POLE, AK 99705. Delivered (22 Days)

LR014594879CN China United States 2023-01-03 10:17 BROOKLYN, IA 52211, Delivered, In/At Mailbox -> Your item was delivered in or the mailbox at 10:17 am on January 3, 2023 in BROOKLYN, IA 52211. Delivered (26 Days)

I then responded on January 18, 2023 stating I NEVER PROVIDED that info as my delivery destination and asked why my order was delivered to these locations and not my ship to address in CALIFORNIA that were clearly shown on the order statement (attached) and they responded with the same message. I would now like to file a formal complaint that this company is operating under fraud and I would like my money back (which I requested and they have yet to comply).
