I saw an advertisement on TikTok for a weighted hula hoop. I bought it from the Nille Beauty website April 9th. I received a confirmation email that I ordered it on April 9th, and the amount was deducted from my bank account. It was supposed to be shipped within 8-10 business days. It is now May 22. I have sent several emails with copies of my order confirmation. I have contacted Shopify Inc. that Nille Beauty uses to sell their products. I called the number on their website before realizing it’s not enough digits to be a real phone number. There is no address listed on their website.
