Merchant charged me $84.98 for two pair of shoes that I ordered on line back of November 29,2019. I canceled the order and was promised a refund they p over subsequent emails. This company does not have an address nor phone number and each email was replied by someone different.:

We promise that you will receive your refund, and I will be here all the time to follow up your refund till you receive it.

Would you please just wait for a few days?

And we will mark your refund as urgent, our financial department will process your refund in first priority.
