A friend told me I could find a good deal online for a pair of nike running shoes if I looked in the nike clearance store. I found myself on this website which looked legitimate and had a price for the shoes i wanted that was borderline "too good to be true". The shoes were being advertised as being a surplus in only one color (white), so i thought perhaps it was my lucky day. After providing my payment information (debit card) i noticed i did not receive a confirmation email. I tried calling the number provided at the site and found it be unlisted. I emailed the email address provided and have not received a reply. I am now 99% sure this is a scam and I am going to cancel my debit card (so far no charges to it yet). Mad at myself for falling for the scam and more mad at these people who decide to make a living by stealing from others.
