I ordered some a shoes from their website and they charged me a flat fee then two days later I had a charge on my debit from the same email… I asked for a refund and got no response… never received my item or my money back

I attempted to order shoes from http://nikeshoeshot4sale.com. They accepted a PayPal payment but for a different amount than the amount of the shoes. I tried to contact them multiple times using their contact webpage. They never responded. They never sent any follow up email about the transaction. Eventually I worked with PayPal to get the amount refunded.
