On 03.02.2017, I ordered a pair of Nike sneakers online. I thought it was a legitimate Nike store/website, but it turned out to be a complete scam. The shoes I received are not the ones I ordered and they are totally fake (you can see the stitches inside). There was no invoice enclosed in the box and it was shipped from CHINA! I thought I was ordering them from one of the US located stores. The transaction went through and I noticed on my bank statement that they charged me more than what the price of the shoes was online on their website. I contacted the customer service and this is just part of the response I received:

"Dear client,

thank you for your picture, we are so sorry to hear that. As the shoes color, i have contacted this with warehouse, they said this shoes style only have white soles. But white sole it is also, beautiful, right?

As the damaged box, so sorry for this, as you know, this is internationals shipping, it maybe rude processed by express company.

As the stitching insides shoes, we will refund you a little, then you can go to shoes repair shop to fix it, what do you think?"
