Jan 2024 On Facebook Page ad was their to order Nike tennis shoes at 19.99 per pair claiming these were over stocked items that’s how they can sell for less, I ordered 7 pairs. When I got Wind that the Order was sent to the wrong address I followed up.. that too was a scam and not true. Several attempts by Email to Bob and even Facebook to get My Money back YTD nothing

I purchased Nike sneakers on this website, that were being identified as authentic Nike sneakers. I read the return policy before I purchased, which states that I had 14 days from receiving the shoes to return them. I emailed the email provided on 8/23/22 (within a day of receiving the shoes) after giving them my order number, and requested to return them. The size was wrong, and my son used my credit card without asking. On 9/12/22, "Tom Smith" at [email protected] emailed me back. He first requested that we just try the size that was given. I told him that they were the wrong size, and that they were not real Nikes. We compared them with a legitimate website. Then he offered to resend another pair. I told them again that I wanted to return the shoes and receive a refund. On 9/15/22, "Tom" emailed back, offering to give me $100 back and stating that we can keep the shoes. I responded back that I wanted my complete refund, as that is what I paid, and that I did not want to keep fake shoes. I emailed "Tom" again on 9/22/22, and 10/9/22, requesting a refund. On 10/30/22, I emailed Tom's email, in addition to any emails I could find connected with this website: Wintopay Service- [email protected]] and [email protected]. I also emailed Wintopay on 9/12/22 and 9/26/22. They emailed back, stating that they would contact the seller. They say that they are a "professional third-party institution engaged in dealing with all disputes among customers, sellers, and payment processors." I want to return these shoes and receive my refund. The address on this website used to be: 1503 Preston Street. Salt Lake City, UT 84108. Number used to be 1-570-801-8937. When I look up both addresses that they've had on their website, they are houses. I honestly do not know how this website is still up.
