So me and my fiance are getting married soon, we thought why not get a puppy as our gift. Nightingale had EXACTLY what we were looking for. She was beautiful. Derrick Jones was very polite and answered all my questions. He send me a contract of how much Della (puppy) was - $600. We paid $300 9/29/2021 and another $300 10/01/2021 around 10am. We were so excited. He send us pictures of her. We have all of the emails he sent to us as proof thats nothing was spoken about the follow.

Once i paid Derrick the rest of the payment - he mentioned that we will be getting an email with other information. I got the email and not he is asking for another $1700. NOTHING STATING THAT ON THE CONTRACT. I called the airline and asked to cancel the shipment and communicate with the seller and to cancel. I was told that I am committing a crime of "abandonment". But I don't have the dog!!!!!!!!!!! She is still in Wisconsin, she can just be given back to the seller. They want to take legal actions for something NOT explained in the contract. I want to have ScamPulse.com help me with this claim. I have called my bank to dispute the charges and get my money back. Help
