I ordered what I thought was a life-like 17 inch baby doll as shown in their advertisement. After waiting over a month to receive my item, I was shocked that it was NOTHING like what they pictured on their advertisement and was a piece of garbage, worthless. I feel that they are a scam company and their business practice is very unethical. I have demanded a full refund, including the shipping cost and they continue to try to offer me a percentage refund, which is ridiculous. I have attached photos of what they advertise as well as what they sent me and the two are NOT THE SAME, not even close. When I tried to email them about their business practice and this problem, it is clear that they do not even read my emails, but just reply by saying I'm a "nice person" and continue to offer me a small percentage discount. They deceive customers and needed to be reported so they do not scam anyone else. I have attached a photo of the baby doll they sent me which is NOTHING like the doll in their advertisement..
