I ordered a Sun Joe TJ603E Electric Garden Tiller/Cultivator from this site and the order just sits in limbo. I followed all the steps to cancel the order on their site 3 times with no response then sent 2 email to their support and never heard back.

I have called their hotline that just goes to voice mail (not a businesses type setup) left messages and still no responds.

Their web page is set up in with a Seattle WA PO box (founf on WhoIs), They claim a business adderss in Fort Smith, AR but have a hotline service phone number in the Akron Ohio area.

The payment although is still in pending on PayPal isn't even to Nicoli/nicolinacolbie. com but to someone named Le Quang Tay.
