I received a call from this company, stating that my student loan payments would resume at the end of this month and they would help me qualify for forgiveness. I was forwarded paperwork after I e-signed the agreement. After reading the paperwork I contacted the person and he said I could not cancel my agreement! Which was not true according to the paperwork (agreement) I then followed the steps to cancel my agreement and attempted to contact them no answer. I called the other number listed on the paperwork, Still no answer, I then emailed the person I initially spoke with. He emailed me back stating he was working on it. I then checked my credit card and there was a charge from this company, after I had canceled the agreement. I have called and no answer.
