Posed as a private money lender for real estate investors and posted in a REI Facebook group. Seemed very legitimate and 1998.75 was non-refundable loan processing fee. Same as the other person listed (loan security deposit, etc.). Requirements were fulfilled according to contract, but loan was never received. Refund requests were not honored.
