I too had bought some items from them spending $102 and was given fake tracking. I never recieved items and requested a refund every day for 15 days and have not recieved that. Today I checked for their web page and it's been closed. I did find some information on their domain that I believe has a phone number which is in pics down below.

This sight showed up in my Facebook as an add, showing a big sale by Zales. The prices were good, so I was buying birthday gifts. After I purchased $137.00 in jewelry but never received an order confirmation, I did the research I should have done first. Long story short, there was a lie about tracking number and I still haven’t received anything.
