Advertised on website that a puppy name Gina was for sale for $500.00. and 120.00 included the delivery by a "pet nanny" from a service called pet wave transport. We paid a deposit of $620 using Zelle, received a tracking number from the delivery agency via email then another email from the delivery agency stating "due to current weather conditions" a special crate would need to be buy and used ranging in prices from 500.00 to 1000 to buy a thermal crate. Seller also sent me a text to ensure i saw the email from the delivery agency. I responded to both Seller no longer responds to text, email nor will they answer the phone and the delivery agency responded stating it was not the responsibility of the seller and they would not reach out to them for the crate fee. I have requested my money be returned multiple times and have not received a response.
