Ngc products sweepstakes

This was a charge for 2 for shipping for a product. Then charged 9.99 initially. After a few days it 109.88. Contacted with only phone number given and was told I dont have an account. I have blocked charges on my cars but theynkeep sending charges through.

Please assist in the process of finding info to cancel the account.
