I was contacted via email by a well known fitness influencer asking to sign up for a fitness challenge/ subscription. I have bought their services years ago and thought it would be a similar experience even though their business name has changed. I signed up for the app, paid the subscription fee, and never received further information other than a receipt that said “you should have received an invitation to our app”. I contacted them over five times and haven’t heard anything back from them and haven’t received access to anything. There isn’t even a phone number to contact. I was able to cancel my subscription via their website but I want my initial payment back
