Payment went through Paypal (even though clicked card option), which cannot be disputed with the Bank.

I ordered an NFL Jersey from this website claiming to be the official shop of the NFL. I received an email stating that my payment was received, but no shipping confirmation or any further information about when I would receive my item. I went to the website and clicked on the Contact Us link. It took me to a page prompting me to give my name and email address with a section for comments. When I submitted the form stating that I did not receive a shipping confirmation or order number, a message popped up saying "Unable to submit your request. Please try again later." The site offers no other way to contact the company. I never received the item that I ordered.
