Quite a few of us ordered a robot vacuum from them. I ordered mine on May 22, 2018 and they got my money and never sent me my product. They were on Facebook and I thought ok, I will see what they have. They look legit but they are not! Will definitely do my homework on anyone I decide to do business with, especially on Facebook! I found a lot of people are upset and have been scammed by these people. They cannot be located. If you call the number it tells you where to send your complaint but that is a scam also. The number they have, no one will pick up. So beware.

My 13 yr old son asked me to purchased a "free" earpod headphone-Bluetooth x1 he found online. It cost us $6.95 in shipping with the promise of a tracking number. Tracking says the item is getting ready to ship. It has been 6 months and we never received the item. We sent several emails with the confirmation they sent us. No response at all. They do not accept phone calls. They state the delivery time is up to 60 business days. By the time that comes it is too late to dispute it on your credit card
