Beware of any technical service that wants to service your computer remotely! Under the name Nexway or Premium Techie Support, they are scammers! They claim their compliance license # 8886FCDII-CD389F062 had expired and they wanted to refund my initial order payment--INITIAL MISTAKE!! They entered my accounts through my email and transferred $4500 from savings to checking and THEN wanted me to go get $4000 of Walmart or Target or Best Buy gift cards and report the gift card numbers back to them. STUPID!! Thankfully red flags were sent up before they could do any harm---BUT when they knew I had caught on, they deleted most of my documents, etc.

They used the names Mark Wilson and Ryan Wilson; sounded like possible east Indian accent. They listed a help line 667-228-6591--of course NO ANSWER.

BEWARE!!!
