The issue is, their web-site seems fake for a world renown consulting firm, the address and phone numbers are not registered with the business in NY, NY. Also, they are not listed with your organization either, and now they are supposedly opening an office in Seattle, WA.

Nexus Consulting, headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, is currently opening 12 new offices in the United States (CA, DC, FL, NC, TX and others).
We are looking for Project Consultants to become full-time employees in our new offices in the USA.
Currently we have an office in NYC, NY.
POSITION SUMMARY:
Project Consultant will have a global role to:
- Ensure needed equipment, materials, and services are obtained at a very competitive price, excellent quality, and always on time;
- Provide overall leadership to one or more Project teams, including overseeing other functional Team Leaders.
- Set up, manage and optimize contracting and procurement activities/processes;
- Give timely and effective reports.
- Manage all aspects of purchasing, production planning and scheduling, inventory, shipping and receiving;
- Ensures Customer deadlines are met within Project budgets
- Design and execute strategies and plans to meet short-term and long-term supply chain management goals.
- Responsible for maintaining positive and ongoing relationships with Customer representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience (at least 3 years of Supply Chain or Project Management)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Ability to manage and analyze data;
- Ability to work in high ambiguity situations, clarifying them for the Project team.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Project
- Persistent, energetic and change oriented attitude towards
improvement;
- US Citizenship.
Salary: base annual salary $90,000;
Benefits: Full benefit package, paid business trips, federal holidays, vacation, sick days, medical insurance, 12 bonus paid twice a year;
Type: Full-time (40 hours/week), permanent, salary based;
Location: Seattle, WA
