This company advertises on Instagram and I read it and was interested in buying. They show 3 kinds of selections to order and I checked the box that says $37.90 to purchase. So I clicked on that box and led me to the next page for my personal information, name, address and phone no. etc. Then it led me to the next page as for the credit card # so I did put in my husbands credit card info, and hit place the order. As soon as I hit and the next page came out to be totalled to $414.97 and it processed it right away and charge our credit card. The amount was so wrong that I couldnt go back to cancel and there was no way to call them so I emailed their customer support and told them that I was charged $414.97 and requested to cancel the order and give back my refund. Their team support named Samantha responded and says my email was received and due to volume of emails they receive they will be responsive as possible but might take up to two business days to assist me, and its been over 2 business days and no one has ever contacted me. I went to their website and it looks legit and there show another email address for them to be contacted, and it is [email protected] which I used this address this morning to email them but as of this time they have not responded to me emails. I have called them several times the phone no 1-877-216-0912 is a bogus # when you call it does not even say their company name which you expect to hear from a legitimate business, it always says "we can unfortunately attend to your call at the moment, please call back later" you can't even leave a message. That is why I am writing to you my complaint and investigate this company because of these kind of illegitimate business scam I call it. I would appreciate if you can help us get our money back since this company and not responding to our emails and no correct phone no. to contact to. The address shown on theiir website is 800 Wilshire Blvd., Los Angeles, Ca. 90017.
