I received a letter from a "neighbour" which I now believe was not sent by them at all. The letter contained a message to invite me to connect with my neighbours in need with those who can help. When I following the instructions to sign up, I was not able to. The code to activate was not valid and because this is supposed to be connecting with neighbours - after giving my name, address, email address, phone# my account would not verify. I was not able to verify my address with the code so I tried the link to verify my address from their help section on my home computer. This did not verify so I tried with my cell phone because they had already used my cell number to send me a 4 digit pin. The steps would not verify me and the help links just took me in circles. I believe this company to be a fishing company who now has my info to sell to advertising companies to send me mailers/emails/phone calls etc. There is also no legit way to contact them! I have sent in a form with my complaint on their website, and have requested to deactivate my account. I also then looked at the letter and there is no date on my letter so when it says the code expires in 7 days there is no way to know what date that would be.
