I purchased To lash kits from Next Lashes on December 21, I put in a complaint on March 20 as it had been three months since I placed my order, I got a response right away with the tracking number saying it was lost and now it was on its way. So every two weeks I’ve emailed them asking where my order is and no longer am receiving emails back from them. They did not respond to my PayPal complaint therefore PayPal closed the complaint email and now I’ve lost $80. I hope this helps people put a stop to these scammers.
