On March 16, 2022 I was attempting to update my AVG Virsus protection subscritption and I got this outfit. They promised to update my subscription and clean my computer of any viruses and junk files for lifetime. Sadly, I went for it. They charged $449.99 for a Lifetime subscription. They worked on my computer and the next day I found that three of my PAID programs were missing from my compter. Their policy stated I have 7 DAYS to cancel so I called on March 17, 2022 and cancelled. They were balking at me but agreed to a full refund. I did not receive my refund so I called and they said they would refund. I still did not get it. On April 5, they charged my credit card with the full amount. I immediately filed a dispute with Discover Card. They will not send me an email documentling the refund and told me to stop calling. I have taken the issue up with Discover again and provided them with all my data. I will NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT. period!
