I made a purchase for a hair straightener they were advertising from the merchant newwaylives on September 30th, not as a guest but from my account I created through their site, after I made the purchase they sent my transaction through PayPal, in which I didn't choose. They give you options on how you want to pay for your merchandise and I simply chose my amex credit card, they sent my a order confirmation with my order number from the actual company and then a separate email with my transaction purchase on a PayPal header. Well after a week I tried to contact the merchant who you can only reach via email, and none of my email were being responded to, so I started sending them back to back and finally two weeks go by they send an email saying item been shipped, but yet almost a whole month no tracking number, courier/ carrier name or any updates on my order. I'm so upset.
